Even toy companies such has Hasbro have gotten on board with making 3D glasses enjoyable and stylish. Just after the launch of the designer 3D glasses from companies like Gucci, Oakley, and Calvin Klein Hasbro drops an announcement for 3D glasses geared towards children. Well... glasses may not be the correct term for them, they are more along the line of face masks/helmets styled in their favorite Transformer characters (Optimus Prime and Bumblebee). The masks (Transformers Cine-Power 3D Mask) will be compatible with RealD passive 3D. In anticipation for the release of the new Transformers film: Transformers: Dark of the Moon,
the face-masks/glasses will be with any RealD movie theater or passive 3D HDTVs.
They are scheduled to be released on May 16th, just six weeks before the Transformers fill release and expect them to carry a price tag of around $9.99.
This may be something worth a look at for those die hard Transformer fans in your family.
